All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. All exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days from the receipt of your order. All exchanged items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
To exchange an item, please email customer service at glamgal@glamdignity.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your exchangeto the following address:

Shipping
