    RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY

    GLAMDIGNITY WANTS YOU TO BE 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. We DO NOT offer refund on any item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at glamgal@glamdignity.com.

    All exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days from the receipt of your order. All exchanged items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

    EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

    To exchange an item, please email customer service at glamgal@glamdignity.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your exchange to the following address:

    Shipping

    We recommend that you send your return via an insured and traceable shipping service.  Make sure to note the tracking details. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping labels will be paid or reimbursed by you.

    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
